This position requires flexibility, including working on alternative Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
You will be the vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Professionally handling a wide range of customer enquiries and taking ownership of complaint resolution through our call centre channels.
- Consolidating, analysing, and reporting on customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Working collaboratively with the team to share insights and implement best practices for improved customer experiences.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including working on alternative Saturdays.
Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:
- F.5 – DSE qualification or above, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant call centre or customer service experience.
- A customer-focused, result-oriented mindset and the ability to work positively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and strong proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a significant advantage.
