Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the complete oversight and smooth operation of our central warehouse, supporting every department.

  • ake full ownership of daily warehouse operations, maintaining precise inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet demand, and developing efficient processes.
  • Manage all equipment check-in out procedures for team members and oversee fleet management, ensuring all company vehicles are well-maintained and compliant.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, proactively identifying and mitigating hazards in the warehouse environment to protect people and assets.
  • Act as a key support link, interacting effectively with all departments from field technicians to office staff to ensure seamless operational flow.

Qualifications

We are looking for a practical manager whose experience matches their proactive attitude.

  • Proven, hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory control, and operational procedures.
  • A highly organised, process-oriented mindset with a talent for developing and improving systems for efficiency.
  • A full New Zealand driver’s licence and a solid understanding of and commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving. A hoist licence is desirable, but training can be provided.
