Key Responsibilities

You will be the right-hand support to the Service & Dispatch Manager, ensuring seamless coordination across all our field and factory operations.

  • Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of kitchen deliveries, installations, and service jobs across the South Coast.
  • Act as a key liaison, communicating schedule updates and job details between installers, service technicians, factory staff, and management.
  • Maintain accurate job trackers, service documentation, and records, and proactively follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the dispatch process and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for an organised professional with strong administrative skills and a can-do attitude.

  • Essential: Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • A confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort using scheduling tools, email, and documentation systems.
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused mindset. Experience in construction, cabinetry, or a trade environment is a strong advantage.
