Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in our guests’ first impression, ensuring every cabin and communal area reflects our high standards of cleanliness and care.
- Clean and service all accommodation units thoroughly and efficiently, preparing them for new guest arrivals.
- Change all linens, make beds neatly, and ensure bathrooms and showers are sanitised and sparkling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all shared guest areas, such as camp kitchens and lounge spaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding large volumes of park linen to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with the park team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every guest from check-in to check-out.
Qualifications

- A strong eye for detail and high personal standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent organisational skills and a responsible approach to managing your tasks independently.
- Friendly, proactive customer service skills and a genuine “can-do” attitude.
- The physical fitness to perform active duties throughout your shift, including bending, lifting, and moving.
- A flexible availability to work during weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday periods as required.
- Good communication skills and a solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
