Key Responsibilities
As the primary caregiver, you will provide comprehensive, round-the-clock nurturing and supervision, ensuring the child’s daily needs are met within a secure and structured home setting.
- Provide attentive, 24-hour residential care for up to two children (aged 0-12+) within your own certified child-safe home for a period of one to six months.
- Manage all daily routines, including meals, hygiene, educational activities, and age-appropriate play, fostering a sense of security and normalcy.
- Maintain meticulous daily records and documentation regarding the child’s development, health, meals, and activities as required by our support guidelines.
- Utilize the provided daily expense budget responsibly for the child’s direct needs, such as nutritious food, transportation, and incidental items.
- Create a stable, loving, and stimulating environment that prioritizes the child’s emotional and physical well-being above all else.
Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible and emotionally mature individual who meets strict safety and commitment criteria.
- You must possess a minimum of an ‘N’ Level qualification.
- Proven experience in caring for young children, preferably between the ages of 0-6 years old.
- A fully child-proofed home is mandatory, including window grilles/limiters installed throughout the entire residence.
- You must be medically fit to care for children and able to commit fully to the agreed care period without other concurrent employment (home-based work is permissible).
- Excellent organizational skills for record-keeping and a responsible, reliable character are essential.
- This role is particularly suitable for active, dedicated stay-at-home mothers or grandmothers seeking meaningful, home-based work.
Benefits and Perks

- A guaranteed minimum remuneration of $60 per day, providing stable monthly income for the duration of the care arrangement.
- A separate daily budget of $20 is provided to cover all approved expenses for the child’s care, including food, diapers, and transport.
- Full reimbursement for all pre-approved child-related expenses, such as milk powder, medical co-pays, and educational materials.
