Key Responsibilities
As a Store Crew member, you are the heart of the store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your role is varied, active, and essential to our daily success.
- Greet every customer with a positive attitude, answer questions, and promote our rewards loyalty program to enhance their visit.
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions, along with fuel payments. You’ll also be responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining clean displays, and ensuring the store is always customer-ready.
- Prepare and present food items following strict health and safety codes. A key task is brewing and serving our customer-favorite, fresh coffee.
- Work collaboratively with your store team, complete cleaning tasks, and follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.
Qualifications
