Key Responsibilities
You will be the creative force behind our clients’ visual content, managing the full edit-to-delivery process with precision and flair.
- Edit compelling short-form and long-form video content for social media and websites. This includes adding captions, transitions, light motion graphics, music, and performing colour grading and sound design.
- Retouch photos to a high standard for brand and social content. Maintain meticulous file organisation, backup, and version control across all projects using Dropbox and structured folders.
- Manage the workflow from brief to final delivery, assigning tasks to offshore editors when needed. You will review all edits for quality, track revisions, and ensure all deadlines are met to keep client projects running smoothly.
- Work closely with our creative team and Director to ensure every edit perfectly matches the client’s brand, tone, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and communicative editor who combines technical skill with creative intuition.
- A strong portfolio and proven track record using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Lightroom is essential.
- The ability to turn around video and photo edits efficiently within agreed timelines, with a sharp eye for design, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- A solid understanding of what makes content perform on social media (hooks, pacing, platform-specific formats).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience in basic project coordination and file management.
- A proactive, collaborative, and easy-to-work-with attitude is a must. Bonus points for experience editing in the hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or construction sectors.
