Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the Corporate Office, greeting all colleagues and visitors with the highest standard of professional courtesy and discretion.
  • Efficiently manage the front desk, including handling all incoming calls, correspondence, and courier services with precision.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all preparations meet our exacting standards for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate orders for office supplies, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
  • Provide vital administrative support to the People & Culture team, including assisting with colleague engagement initiatives and the coordination of office events.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in all matters relating to colleagues and company operations.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role, ideally within a corporate or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A professional demeanor, impeccable personal presentation, and a responsible, discreet nature.
