Key Responsibilities

  • Strictly adhere to all approved technical data, safety procedures, and environmental regulations for all painting tasks.
  • Prepare aircraft surfaces and components for painting through meticulous masking, stripping, sanding, and cleaning.
  • Expertly blend, mix, and match paints and coatings to achieve precise colour specifications and spraying consistency.
  • Operate various types of paint spraying equipment and ground support machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Apply primers, paints, and finishes to aircraft fuselages and components, ensuring a flawless, high-quality finish.
  • Perform detailed paint polishing, touch-ups, and use stencils to apply markings, letters, and designs.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure all painting tasks are completed to established quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in aircraft painting or a related industrial painting field.
  • The ability to understand and execute detailed technical instructions and work independently with a high degree of precision.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and night shifts as required by operational needs.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documentation in both English and Chinese.
  • A holder of a formal painting apprenticeship certificate is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Painting Assistant position.
