 Key Responsibilities

Your careful work will directly contribute to the comfort and wellbeing of everyone in our village.

• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal living areas.
• Handle residents’ personal laundry with respect, ensuring careful washing, folding, and timely return.
• Label, mend, and maintain clothing and linens to preserve residents’ personal items.
• Support infection control measures through diligent cleaning practices and procedures.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with residents while understanding their individual preferences.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings heart and dedication to their work. The right fit matters more than specific experience.

• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
• A genuine interest in supporting older people and creating comfortable living environments.
• Physical fitness for active work and comfort with being on your feet throughout your shift.
