Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive inventory counting plans. Verify stock accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure perfect alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Manage the end-to-end flow of finished goods, from inbound receipt to outbound shipment. Build strong relationships with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery and resolve transit issues.
- Maintain accurate export shipping documents and ensure all inbound/outbound transactions are correctly recorded and compliant with regulations.
- Implement and monitor a strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system, tracking product expiry dates to optimize turnover and minimize waste.
- Work closely with Production, Warehousing, QA, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, including labeling, placement, cycle counting, and system maintenance.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing inventory management plans and warehouse processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
- A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset aligned with high values of integrity and quality.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and logistics documentation is preferred.
