Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our fleet, you will be entrusted with the safe and efficient transport of specialized freight. Your primary duties will include:

  • Safely operating manual transmission tractor-trailers to deliver general freight (pipe, steel, lumber, equipment) across Western Canada.
  • Performing expert load securement and tarping to ensure safe transit in all conditions (training provided).
  • Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Providing exceptional, professional customer service at every point of delivery.
  • Adhering strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • A valid Class 1 license with a minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience driving manual transmission tractor-trailers.
  • Direct experience with flat deck operations, including load securement and tarping. Mountain driving experience is a strong asset.
  • A positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • An unwavering commitment to safety and compliance with all operational procedures.
