Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaner with MK Master Ltd, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential tasks to maintain our high standards. Your duties will include:

  • Performing a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks in commercial and residential properties with precision and efficiency.
  • Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture; dusting furniture, walls, and ceilings; and cleaning restrooms thoroughly.
  • Using specialized equipment such as water blasters and floor polishers, and applying appropriate cleaning chemicals safely.
  • Stripping wax from floors and polishing them to a high standard.
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships through clear communication and addressing specific needs.
  • Strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  • Reporting any site issues or client feedback to management promptly.
  • Being flexible with work schedules and travel, including potential work outside the Auckland region.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who bring the right attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and unwavering attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and safely handle equipment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with rotating morning or afternoon shifts.
  • A Class 1 driver’s license (or equivalent overseas license) is required.
  • Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
