Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role (Supervisor or Floater), your day will involve ensuring our sites meet the highest hygiene benchmarks.

• Team Leadership (Supervisors): Plan weekly schedules, deploy cleaners efficiently, and mentor staff to ensure service excellence across multiple locations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee that cleanliness, safety, and client-specific SOPs are strictly followed.
• Operational Support: Operate specialized cleaning machinery—such as auto-scrubbers and extraction machines—and perform deep cleaning during emergencies or special events.
• Client Relations: Communicate professionally with clients to address feedback and resolve onsite issues like manpower shortages or equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, prepare simple management reports, and monitor inventory levels to ensure supplies are always replenished.
• Daily Maintenance (Floaters): Provide mobile cleaning support across various assigned sites, ensuring every location is spotless and welcoming.

Qualifications

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are physically fit and ready to move between locations.

• Experience: For Supervisors, 1–2 years of experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals with no experience to apply for entry-level roles.
• Mobility: Ability to travel to different sites daily. Having a Class 2 or 3 driving license is a major advantage (transport is reimbursed or a company van is provided).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Flexibility: Willingness to attend to urgent site needs after hours if a new project or emergency arises.
• Reliability: A proactive attitude and a commitment to working a standard week (Mon–Fri plus alternate Saturdays).
