Key Responsibilities

As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the uptime and care of our production equipment. Your core duties will include:

• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshooting and making timely repairs to a wide range of production equipment.
• Conducting essential boiler and refrigeration system checks.
• Assisting with equipment overhauls, updates, and installations.
• Applying knowledge of electrical systems, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics to diagnose and fix issues.
• Completing all assigned duties and adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified candidate with hands-on mechanical experience. The ideal fit will have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a mechanical role involving installation, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing, and PLCs.
• The ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and frequently bend, lift, and twist.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A Minnesota State Specialist Class Boilers license (or higher) is highly desired.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and structured preventive maintenance programs is a significant plus.
