Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational hub for facility maintenance work, ensuring efficient workflow and strict adherence to procedures.

  • Review, scope, prioritize, and schedule all Maintenance Repair Orders (MROs), Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders, and equipment engineering work orders for hourly craft teams.
  • Determine job hazards, develop safety plans, estimate labor hours, and order necessary parts and materials from stores or vendors.
  • Administer service contracts, support scope development, and oversee contractor work.
  • Perform essential data entry and reporting in the work order management system (e.g., MAXIMO), ensuring accurate close-outs and status updates.
  • Coordinate closely with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) personnel on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid (on-site/remote) model as business needs require.

Qualifications

This role requires U.S. citizenship, relevant experience, and a strong procedural mindset.

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant maintenance or facilities planning experience.
  • United States Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance if required for the position.
  • Experience using a Work Order database system like MAXIMO is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to read drawings/schematics, and general proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with an unwavering safety mindset.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to work extended hours when required are essential functions.
