Key Responsibilities

You will be the cornerstone of kitchen hygiene, ensuring every area meets strict sanitary standards.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and storage areas.
• Execute general cleaning duties, including washing, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces throughout the kitchen.
• Collect, sort, and dispose of all kitchen trash and waste safely and promptly.
• Maintain constant tidiness and organization in the kitchen to support efficient and safe operations.
• Strictly adhere to all company hygiene policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
