 Key Responsibilities

You’ll be trusted to care for our clients’ spaces as if they were your own, delivering consistent, high-quality results.

• Perform comprehensive janitorial services, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming across various facilities.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain safe and healthy environments for clients and the public.
• Clean and restock restrooms, common areas, entrances, and stairwells to a professional standard.
• Collect and dispose of waste responsibly from all assigned areas.
• Learn and apply our proven “Clean Smartly” techniques to achieve efficient, top-tier results every time.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and be a professional representative of CCS at every site.

• A genuine passion for customer service and a positive, friendly attitude.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in your work.
• The ability to adapt, learn new skills quickly, and follow detailed procedures.
• Must be able to pass a Police Background Check.
• Physical capability to meet the job demands: lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for your shift, bend, stretch, and climb stairs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
