Key Responsibilities
In this autonomous, specialist role, you will be responsible for delivering our premium service. Your core duties include:
- Performing intensive deep cleaning of commercial customer washroom facilities, including toilets, porcelain bowls, sinks, and showers, using our specialized chemical systems and protocols.
- Independently managing your daily schedule to service multiple client sites efficiently across the Auckland region.
- Responding proactively to customer inquiries and resolving any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining meticulous records, completing all necessary job documentation, and using electronic systems for reporting.
- Taking ownership of your assigned company vehicle and mobile phone, using them responsibly for work purposes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this hands-on specialist role, you must have:
- Proven prior experience in a specialized deep cleaning role is essential. Standard commercial or domestic cleaning experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
- Excellent physical fitness for sustained, manual cleaning work throughout the day.
- A strong customer service focus, with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain an unwavering attention to detail.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand and the ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
