What You Will Be Doing
- You will start with paid, hands-on training, learning the trade from experienced technicians who know the local terrain and the unique pest challenges of the Big Island.
- You will study for and earn your HDOA 7B and 7C state licenses, with us covering the costs once you pass the exams.
- You will eventually manage your own route along the Kona coast, driving a company vehicle and providing essential pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
- You will inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments safely and effectively using the latest equipment and technology.
- You will build relationships with customers, answering their questions and delivering service with the aloha spirit that defines our company.
- You will work independently during your day, but you will always have a supportive team just a phone call away if you need backup.
