About the Role
As a Part-Time Cleaner, you will:
- Ensure that all areas of the residence are kept hygienic and presentable.
- Contribute to a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Clean in line with all chemical and infection control requirements and accreditation standards.
- Ensure resident privacy and dignity is always maintained.
- Identify and report maintenance issues for our residents, ensuring they are escalated in a timely manner.
About You
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You also:
- Demonstrate a high level of kindness and respect for residents’ property and privacy.
- Have previous experience cleaning in a large organisation or commercial environment (preferred but not essential).
- Have sound knowledge of OH&S procedures, relevant chemicals, and safe work practices (preferred but not essential).
- Have an understanding of infection control procedures.
- Work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision as required and as part of a team.
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate one-to-one interactions.
