Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Manage and monitor operations across multiple sites to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules, ensuring stocks of cleaning tools and equipment are in order.
- Manage the team and supervise activities of Property Stewards, including rostering, planning, and deployment.
- Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to management.
- Provide guidance and evaluate performance of Property Stewards.
- Perform property inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and landscaping are met.
2. Hygiene
- Perform general cleaning of indoor corridors and fixtures, including balustrades, railings, and glass panels.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and sanitary, and consumables are replenished regularly.
- Clean escalators, passenger lifts, and service lift walls and floors.
- Perform general cleaning of outdoor premises, including walkways, pavements, balconies, drop-off points, and loading bays.
- Empty and clean trash bins to prevent overflowing.
- Ensure the bin center and service areas are neat and tidy at all times.
- Operate cleaning machinery where required: walk-behind mechanical scrubbers, ride-on mechanical scrubbers, autonomous cleaning robots, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure water jet, etc.
- Clean and perform simple basic preventive maintenance on all cleaning equipment.
3. Landscaping
- Perform pruning and trimming of dead or overgrown hedges and leaves.
- Perform periodic weeding where required.
- Apply fungicide to facilitate plant protection from diseases.
- Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance plant growth.
- Water plants within the property compound.
- Dispose of dead leaves and horticultural waste.
4. Building Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning of air-conditioning in common areas.
- Undertake basic repairs including replacing light bulbs, tightening screws, and spot painting.
5. Onsite Assistance to Ops Team – Property Executive
- Greet residents.
- Work with the Property Executive to respond to resident feedback.
- Coordinate works in common areas by FEO CE Team – external vendors – contractors.
- Ensure contract services are provided adequately by checking work performed and advising the Property Executive of any shortcomings identified.
- Assist Security Officer in incident management if required.
Requirements
- General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
- Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate with customers.
- Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
- Diligent, efficient, and well-mannered worker, willing to learn and be trained.
- Singaporeans only.
