About the Role
As a Property Steward, you’ll be responsible for providing cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments, and building areas. This is a hands-on role that requires diligence, efficiency, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work a rotating shift schedule totaling 44 hours per week, with working hours that allow for a balanced routine. We are looking for Singaporeans who are well-mannered, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Working Hours: 44 working hours per week (5.5 days rotating shift)
Shift Options:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM- 4:30 PM
You’ll have a fixed location and a rotating shift schedule that you can plan around.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning services at office premises, residential apartments, and building areas as assigned.
- Carry out general cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness using appropriate materials, products, and equipment.
- Handle and dispose of waste according to standard procedures, instructions, and cleaning industry standards.
- Perform tasks such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policies and procedures at all times.
- Communicate politely with customers and building occupants when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications and Requirements
- General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning.
- Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate with customers.
- Must be able to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, and handling waste.
- Diligent, efficient, and well-mannered worker with a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Singaporeans only (as specified).

- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Team player who can also work independently.
