Key Responsibilities
You will be a key player in our production line, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in every task.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing precision hand-welding operations (TIG and MIG) with close attention to detail and proper technique.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure all parts are assembled to exact specifications.
- Setting up and operating welding machines, adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas for optimal metal fusion.
- Conducting quality checks and using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to maintain product excellence.
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and adhering to strict safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste on the production line.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and skilled professional who meets the following criteria:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with TIG and MIG welding.
- At least 1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a solid commitment to safety procedures.
- The physical ability to perform the job, including standing for extended periods and handling materials.
