Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage day-to-day activities in the laundry valet shop.
- Assist customers with enquiries, provide guidance on services, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle laundry items including sorting, folding, and inspecting for stains or damage, reporting issues to the relevant team.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain accurate customer records and laundry logs using company systems.
- Rotate between shop locations as required, including Admiralty, Sai Wan, and Repulse Bay.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Support team members to maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, damage, and clothing care requirements.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English to assist customers effectively.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work at multiple shop locations as assigned.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with team members.
