Key Responsibilities

You will be at the heart of our fabrication process, tasked with producing durable, high-quality metal structures.

Your core duties will include:

  • Performing arc welding to fuse metal structural components according to blueprints and work orders.
  • Setting up and adjusting welding equipment to prescribed settings for optimal performance.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to determine the correct operation sequence.
  • Conducting minor maintenance on welding equipment, such as replacing tips and liners.
  • Accurately completing all required shop paperwork and labor reporting systems.
  • Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of mandatory PPE.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals with a solid foundation in welding. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least two months of professional welding experience within the last two years.
  • The ability to accurately read a measuring tape and follow written/verbal instructions.
  • A proven safety focus and the physical ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
  • A steady work history demonstrating reliability and tenure.
  • The ability to pass a hands-on welding assessment at our facility.

Benefits and Perks

  • Earn $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on your experience and skills.
  •  Receive an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Get a $175 stipend at orientation to purchase new safety boots.
