Key Responsibilities
You will be essential to our production process, transforming raw materials into precision-fabricated enclosures.
Your core duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications with accuracy.
- Setting up and operating various welding equipment, with a focus on MIG and TIG processes.
- Assembling and welding metal components to produce high-quality custom cabinets for industrial use.
- Inspecting your own welds and finished products to ensure they meet our strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Safely operating supporting fabrication equipment like grinders and saws.
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring all tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable and proficient professional with the following skills:
- A high school diploma or GED; a technical welding certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes.
- The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics.
- Strong practical math skills, including a familiarity with fractions, decimals, and measurements.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a steadfast commitment to following all safety procedures, including proper PPE use.
