What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive as Needed: You’ll be on call to operate buses when trips come up. Hours vary depending on demand some weeks may be light, others may keep you busy.
• Transport Passengers Safely: Whether it’s military personnel, private groups, or other clients, your priority is getting everyone to their destination safely and on time.
• Stay Overnight When Required: Some trips will require overnight stays. When that happens, you’ll receive per diem to cover expenses.
• Be Available When Called: This role requires genuine flexibility. When we need you, you need to be ready.
• Follow All Safety Requirements: You’ll comply with random drug and alcohol testing, maintain your CDL and passenger endorsement, and follow all company and DOT regulations.
• Maintain a Clean Record: Your background and driving record must stay clean to maintain base access and employment.

What We’re Looking For

• CDL B with Passenger Endorsement: Required. You must have a valid CDL B with P endorsement.
• Flexible Availability: This is an as-needed role. You need to be available when trips come up.
• Ability to Get on Military Bases: You must be able to pass background checks required for base access.
• Clean Background: No issues that would prevent base access or employment.
• Subject to Random Drug and Alcohol Testing: You’ll be in a safety-sensitive position and must comply with all testing requirements.
• Team Player: You’ll work with dispatch and other drivers. Being easy to work with matters.
• Commercial Driving Experience Preferred: At least one year of commercial driving experience is preferred.
• High School or Equivalent Preferred: Not required, but preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: From $25.00 per hour
• Minimum Per Workday: $100 minimum per day you work
• Call-In Bonus: $50 bonus when you’re called in
• Per Diem: $30 per night for overnight stays
• Guaranteed Monthly Minimum: $2,250 minimum monthly pay
• Earning Potential: Pay may increase depending on demand—if you work more than 100 hours in a month, your pay reflects it
• Home Mostly Every Day: Most trips have you home at night. Overnights happen but aren’t the norm
