Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and Workers:Â Assist the Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities with sub-contractors and workers.
- Oversee General Site Works:Â Supervise formwork, concrete, rebar, and reinforcement works to ensure they are carried out correctly.
- Ensure Compliance with Specifications:Â Monitor work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain Site Standards:Â Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and organisation on site.
- Report Progress:Â Keep project managers informed of progress, issues, and any deviations from plans.
- Troubleshoot Site Issues:Â Address problems as they arise and coordinate solutions with the project team.
Requirements
- Construction Experience:Â Proven experience in construction, particularly with formwork, concrete, rebar, and reinforcement works.
- Supervisory Skills:Â Ability to coordinate and direct workers and sub-contractors effectively.
- Quality Focus:Â Understanding of quality requirements and specifications.
- Communication Skills:Â Able to communicate clearly with project managers, sub-contractors, and workers.
- Reliability:Â Show up on time, ready to work, and committed to getting the job done.
- Work Authorization:Â Must be authorized to work in Singapore.
