Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Inventory Accuracy:Â Monitor quantity, expiry dates, and storage locations to maintain accurate inventory. Ensure safe and proper stacking of goods.
- Oversee Daily Workflow:Â Manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse/production processes.
- Plan Manpower and Train Staff:Â Based on workload, allocate tasks fairly, train team members, and build a strong, productive team.
- Maintain Proper Storage Standards:Â Monitor daily damages or discrepancies and take action to reduce operational losses.
- Enforce 6S Management:Â Keep the warehouse neat, safe, and well-organized through consistent application of 6S principles.
- Handle Additional Tasks:Â Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors as needed.
Requirements
- Education:Â High school education or above.
- Language:Â Proficient in basic reading and writing in Chinese and English.
- Computer Skills:Â Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with WMS systems and basic warehouse/transport operations.
- Experience:Â At least 2 years of production or warehouse management experience.
- Food Industry Experience:Â Experience handling fruits, vegetables, and food ingredients is preferred.
- Leadership:Â Able to lead a team of 20+ staff effectively.
- Skills:Â Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.

- Shift:Â Rotating shifts
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to slight changes based on operational demand)
