Key Responsibilities
You will be essential to our operation, working hands-on to create and restore critical components for our specialized trailers.
Your primary duties will include:
- Fabricating and repairing components for horse vans and trailers using MIG welding techniques.
- Working with both aluminum and steel to complete a variety of fabrication projects.
- Reading and interpreting drawings to ensure accurate measurements and precise builds.
- Operating standard fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contributing to our quality-focused culture by maintaining high standards in every weld and repair.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable and skilled professional who meets the following criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both aluminum and steel MIG welding.
- A reliable, detail-oriented work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements.
