Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations:Â Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Policy Enforcement:Â Ensure consistent execution and enforcement of warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards across all shifts.
- Team Management:Â Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain performance expectations and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Time and Attendance:Â Review and approve employee time records for accuracy, coordinating with appropriate personnel when corrective action is required.
- HR Partnership:Â Partner with Human Resources and management to initiate policy and performance-related corrective actions in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Inventory Control:Â Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- WMS Management:Â Ensure effective and accurate use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
- Safety Compliance:Â Enforce Company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance:Â Oversee warehouse equipment readiness and coordinate inspections and maintenance in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Performance Analysis:Â Analyze warehouse performance data and provide regular reports to management on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement:Â Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:Â Collaborate with Facilities and other departments to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility support roles preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management role required.
- Certification for operating a forklift is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on operational performance.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Benefits and Perks
This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Constantly move within the warehouse and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.

- Constantly communicate with team members and operate a computer for inventory tasks.
- Frequently lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
