JJs Waste and Recycling is seeking a motivated and reliable Class 2 Driver to join our Auckland team based in Wiri. This is a permanent, full-time position with early morning shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating our commercial waste and recycling collection trucks while providing excellent customer service and supporting a strong, fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 2 trucks safely and efficiently on assigned collection routes
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Ensure waste and recycling collections are completed according to schedule
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all operational and safety procedures
- Keep accurate records and report any operational issues
- Support the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full Class 2 Licence
- Physically fit, reliable, and highly motivated
- Strong driving and operational skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of Auckland region preferred
- Computer literacy for operational and reporting tasks
- Willingness to undergo a full medical examination prior to employment
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, including public holidays
- Early start time of 2:45 am
- Finish time dependent on completion of collection runs
- Minimum 40 hours per week
