Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable lingerie to ensure proper fit, support, and breast health.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stable inventory levels and monitor stock through the company’s computer system.
- Demonstrate teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative store environment.
- Depending on the role, supervise store operations and support junior staff (for Store Supervisor positions).
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Minimum of secondary school education.
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow store procedures effectively.
