We are seeking a reliable, diligent, and proactive Cleaner to join our restaurant team located in Central, Hong Kong. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our guests expect and that define the reputation of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include a combination of kitchen cleaning, dining area maintenance, and general sanitation tasks. Specific responsibilities include:

• Efficiently washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen tools to ensure they are ready for use.
• Properly sanitizing, drying, and organizing all cleaned items in their designated storage areas.
• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, appliances, and floors to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant’s dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, and sweeping or mopping floors after service.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, and alerting supervisors when items need replenishment.
• Strictly adhering to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assisting with any additional cleaning duties as requested by the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Specific requirements include:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
• Must be a Hong Kong citizen or have permanent residency in Hong Kong.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and carry out manual tasks for extended periods. This role requires walking several kilometers per day, as well as handling items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, with a professional attitude toward work.
• Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment and willing to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Prepared to work in a restaurant setting where you may encounter pets, such as dogs, at customer homes or in nearby areas during deliveries or errands.
• Willingness to adapt to different cleaning tasks, including both kitchen and dining areas, as needed.
