Work Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1-hour meal/rest break included
- Net working hours per day: 8 hours
- No rotating shifts required

Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Manage waste collection, including proper disposal and recycling procedures.
- Ensure kitchen/pantry areas are clean, including wiping surfaces, organizing supplies, and handling utensils.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to management.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned to maintain high standards across the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of prior cleaning experience.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and performing other manual tasks.
- Hong Kong citizen or permanent resident.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written). No Chinese language skills are required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, including a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.
- Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
