Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts across fitness, lifestyle, and HORECA channels throughout Hong Kong.
- Identify and secure new customer opportunities within gyms, studios, hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
- Conduct regular account visits to build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans, promotions, and activation initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Drive product visibility and point-of-sale execution to increase sell-through and brand impact.
- Analyse sales performance, prepare reports, and gather market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage Advertising & Promotion budgets in line with brand and commercial plans.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align local operations with broader strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within FMCG, beverages, sports nutrition, or HORECA-related industries. Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and execute sales plans is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, are required. A proactive, independent work style and the ability to structure accounts effectively are highly valued. Familiarity with the fitness community and interest in sports or active lifestyles will be an advantage.
