 Key Responsibilities

As a Welder, you will be a key part of the production process, responsible for creating and assembling high-quality metal products.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Performing MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on steel and other metals according to specifications.
• Reading and accurately interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job orders.
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting metal components to prepare them for welding.
• Inspecting your finished welds to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Safely operating grinders, saws, and other standard fabrication equipment.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals who meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 1 year of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
• The ability to read blueprints and follow detailed production instructions.
• The physical capability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• A strong, proven work ethic and a commitment to reliable attendance.
