This role is part of a member-owned cooperative serving animal producers and owners across the United States. The position is a 3rd shift role (Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) where you will participate in front-line production processes, operating machinery, packaging final products, and ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Respectful and dependable
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Experience operating machinery or forklifts
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift-carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, climbing, and other active movements
- Work in cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Potential exposure to dust and chemicals
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay: $28.40 per hour
- Fully trained pay: $29.90 per hour
- $1.00 shift differential for qualifying hours
