Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest quality standards, ensuring presentation and taste exceed guest expectations
- Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating and responding to their needs
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols, including food handling and equipment usage
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences
- Maintain inventory, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation and storage
- Support daily operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Prior experience in culinary or food & beverage service preferred but not required for motivated candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
