Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering personalized service and anticipating needs.
- Stock housekeeping carts, linens, and supplies efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lift, carry, push, and place objects up to 50 pounds safely while performing tasks that may include bending, stretching, or reaching.
- Follow all Marriott International safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Uphold professional appearance, communication, and conduct at all times.
- Perform hands-on housekeeping duties in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional guest environment.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest-related concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain operational efficiency and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and attention to detail are highly valued.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
