Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant’s operations, helping us deliver a fantastic guest experience. Your role will include:
- Providing a warm welcome to every guest, taking orders, and processing payments with a smile.
- Preparing our famous food and drinks with care and attention to quality.
- Assembling orders accurately for dine-in, take-out, and delivery services.
- Working effectively with your peers and managers, communicating clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Rotating through different areas of the restaurant, from the front counter and drive-thru to the kitchen, to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications
What we’re really looking for is the right attitude. Experience is not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment in working with people.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, afternoons, and weekends.
- A welcoming spirit for people of every age, background, and culture.
- Previous roles as a barista, cashier, sales associate, or in any customer-focused position are a plus, but your personality is what matters most.
