Key Responsibilities

As a Pool Valet, you will be the face of our company for many clients, entrusted with the care of their pools. Your key duties will include:

  • Performing weekly valet services and maintenance at clients’ pools across Auckland.
  • Precisely testing and balancing pool water chemistry to ensure it is safe, clean, and inviting.
  • Operating and understanding pool filtration systems, heaters, and automated equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records and completing all required paperwork with care.
  • Interacting with clients and colleagues in a friendly, professional, and responsible manner.

Qualifications

While experience is helpful, character is key. We are looking for someone with:

  • A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
  • New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
  • The ability to pass a police check.
  • Physical stamina and a willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Genuine self-motivation, honesty, and reliability.
  • Excellent personal presentation and the maturity to work independently after training.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude for interacting with a diverse range of clients.
