Key Responsibilities
As a Pool Valet, you will be the face of our company for many clients, entrusted with the care of their pools. Your key duties will include:
- Performing weekly valet services and maintenance at clients’ pools across Auckland.
- Precisely testing and balancing pool water chemistry to ensure it is safe, clean, and inviting.
- Operating and understanding pool filtration systems, heaters, and automated equipment.
- Maintaining accurate daily records and completing all required paperwork with care.
- Interacting with clients and colleagues in a friendly, professional, and responsible manner.
Qualifications
While experience is helpful, character is key. We are looking for someone with:
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
- New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- The ability to pass a police check.
- Physical stamina and a willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Genuine self-motivation, honesty, and reliability.
- Excellent personal presentation and the maturity to work independently after training.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude for interacting with a diverse range of clients.
