Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our product quality and reliability standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough visual inspections of server components before testing begins
- Performing comprehensive tests to identify defective components and system areas
- Accurately documenting all findings and repair data in our RMA database system
- Implementing Engineering Change Order upgrades according to specifications
- Following established testing procedures and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintaining high productivity while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Adhering to all company policies and quality standards throughout the testing process
Qualifications
We’re looking for a technically-minded individual who combines knowledge with practical skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Reliable, accountable approach to professional responsibilities
- Diploma or certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic understanding of PC, server systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Skills in using diagnostic tools for hardware evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Proactive team player with solution-oriented mindset
