Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you will be the friendly face that brightens our clients’ days. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Clean customers’ homes thoroughly and efficiently using our proven Molly Maid system, paying close attention to detail to ensure complete satisfaction.
Provide friendly, professional, and positive communication with every client you meet, making them feel cared for and valued.
Work collaboratively with your team partner to complete each home to our high standards, creating a positive and productive work environment.
As a Team Lead (if applicable), you would also be responsible for safely driving the company vehicle, managing the day’s schedule, and ensuring the car is stocked with all necessary supplies.

Qualifications

Is legally authorized to work in the United States and can pass a standard background check.
Has the physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead.
Is available to work a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Enjoys helping others, takes genuine pride in a job well done, and thrives in a team setting.
Communicates well with both clients and teammates. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide complete training.

Earn between $13.00 and $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to control your earnings and make up to $600 per week. You’ll also receive paid training at $12.00 per hour.
