Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the meticulous fabrication and assembly of our critical equipment. Your key duties will include:
- Performing tube pre-fabrication, bending, cutting, and marking according to engineering drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
- Preparing and executing high-quality welds on tubing and valves, creating and verifying test pieces for penetration and standards before final product welding.
- nstalling pneumatic, electronic components, piping, and valves onto panels, ensuring all specifications match the design drawings and conducting self-inspections for accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting self-inspections on parts received (against BOM) and on assembled units for appearance, specifications, dimensions, and flow direction.
- Assisting the testing team with troubleshooting during helium leak and pressure tests to ensure products meet stringent standards.
- Preparing final test documentation to verify the product meets all customer requirements and functions correctly before shipment.
- Assisting in the creation and revision of SOPs to reflect product updates and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintaining 5S standards in the cleanroom and assembly areas to ensure a safe, organized, and audit-ready environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned technician with a strong foundation in precision mechanical work. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in assembly and welding, specifically within semiconductor equipment fabrication, high-purity piping systems, or panel assembly.
- Strong mechanical concepts and the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proven hands-on experience in orbital welding, tube bending, and mechanical assembly.
- A meticulous eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Experience working in or maintaining cleanroom protocols and 5S principles is highly advantageous.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to follow detailed procedures while also contributing to process improvements
