Framatome is seeking a Site Manager Framatome Representative to lead our on-site operations and client relations at the Taishan EPR nuclear power plant in China. This is a senior, strategic role where you will be the face of Framatome, responsible for the execution of maintenance, modifications, and services across two reactors.  Key Responsibilities

As the Framatome representative on site, you will hold full operational and client relationship responsibility. Your primary missions will be:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, mastering the contract mechanisms and building a strong, trust-based relationship focused on customer orientation.
  • Piloting and coordinating the execution of all entrusted services (engineering, technical assistance, on-site work) to guarantee compliance with client requirements regarding Quality, Safety, Security, Cost, and Schedule.
  • Managing the operational delivery of maintenance and modification services during both outage and online periods.
  • Leading the local Chinese team, providing operational management and fostering their development.
  • Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and promoting Framatome solutions, assisting in the preparation of commercial offers.
  • Proactively handling client requests in close coordination with the Project Manager and various stakeholder entities in China, France, and Germany.
  • Implementing and monitoring contractual KPIs with annual reporting, and driving the collection, analysis, and sharing of operational feedback (Return on Experience).

Qualifications

This is a senior role requiring a unique blend of technical, managerial, and commercial expertise. The successful candidate must possess:

  • Over 10 years of professional experience in a relevant industry, with significant experience in the nuclear sector being essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar site management, project leadership, or client representation role.
  • Fluent English (frequent use in reading, speaking, and writing) is mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, agility, leadership, and excellent change management competencies.
  • A client-focused mindset with an aptitude for commercial negotiation and business development.
  • The ability to communicate comfortably on diverse technical topics (mechanics, I&C, engineering, etc.).
