  • Providing clear, professional communication to customers, explaining work performed and offering practical advice.
  • Completing accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to a high standard.
  • Participating in the after-hours on-call roster (with full overtime pay) to support our customers as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified professional who brings both technical skill and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant electrical qualifications and current licences (essential).
  • Proven experience servicing electrical equipment, ideally within a commercial, hospitality, or similar technical field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to work autonomously with a high degree of reliability.
  • Full Australian working rights.

A mechanical aptitude, gas qualifications, or specific experience with commercial kitchen equipment will be highly regarded and is a significant advantage in this role.
