Key Responsibilities

Operating production equipment and performing general assembly of automotive parts to meet daily production targets.
Monitoring the production process, performing basic quality checks, and ensuring all work meets our standards.
Maintaining excellent 5S housekeeping by cleaning and organising work areas and machinery.
Reporting any equipment issues promptly to maintenance or your Supervisor.
Using computer systems to scan and track product numbers.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work a days afternoons rotation or straight afternoons, and to work up to 48 hours per week when required (with overtime paid after 8 hours/day).
Proficiency in English.

Clear Wage Progression:
Start Rate: $19.71 per hr
After 6 Months: $21.45 per hr
After 3 Years: $23.91 per hr
