Key Responsibilities

In this essential production role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process. Your key duties will include:

  • Precisely weighing and preparing raw materials (dry ingredients, flavours, frozen fruit) according to specific recipes.
  • Operating automated mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of production by filling, cleaning, and sterilizing product totes.
  • Maintaining meticulous traceability records for all materials, ensuring batch numbers and quantities are logged correctly.
  • Adhering without exception to all Health & Safety and Food Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment by following detailed sanitation checklists.
  • Potentially assisting with training new team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals who are physically capable and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a strong asset.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, both independently and as part of a team.
  • An unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent physical fitness: must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs, and stand, bend, lift, twist, and turn for extended periods in a humid environment.
  • Must be available and flexible to work a rotating 8-hour shift schedule (mornings, afternoons, nights) including holidays as required.
