Key Responsibilities

In this essential production role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process. Your key duties will include:

Precisely weighing and preparing raw materials (dry ingredients, flavours, frozen fruit) according to specific recipes.
Operating automated mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring the smooth flow of production by filling, cleaning, and sterilizing product totes.
Maintaining meticulous traceability records for all materials, ensuring batch numbers and quantities are logged correctly.
Adhering without exception to all Health & Safety and Food Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment by following detailed sanitation checklists.
Potentially assisting with training new team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals who are physically capable and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a strong asset.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, both independently and as part of a team.
An unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
Excellent physical fitness: must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs, and stand, bend, lift, twist, and turn for extended periods in a humid environment.
Must be available and flexible to work a rotating 8-hour shift schedule (mornings, afternoons, nights) including holidays as required.

An hourly wage between $16.48 – $18.54, with overtime paid after 80 hours in a two-week period.
